Simsync has been very strange the last few days, sometime the site is very slow and websync does not work. Also the download speed is not constant, sometimes its maximum speed and sometimes it goes down to 0 for 5s...
Are you having some issues with your servers?
Hi George, sorry for the inconvenience.
There are several things which cause the problems. Our main server is under very heavy load, which means that we have 2-3x as much traffic as the month before. (See Stats)
We moved already the main website and databases to another hosting package to reduce the workload and we will move the WebSync in the near future too. There are still some preparations to do.
After all these preparations have been done, we will move to a new server which hopefully works more stable than the current one.
No worries mate, it was just incase it was a new issue that you guys didnt know about. Its all working fine again.

We are currently preparing a new server which will replace our main server after everything has finished. We hope that the new server will run much smoother than the current one.
Ich hänge mich mal an diesen Thread mit an.
Aktuell sagt mir der Sync dass der "Haupt-Syncserver down ist" und "Backupserver '1'" auch nicht erreichbar ist.
Zusätzlich die Meldung dass kein Syncserver gefunden werden konnte...
Habe auf mehreren Rechnern (an verschiedenen Standorten) getestet und überall das gleiche Probleme. Per FTP kann ich jedoch problemlos auf die Daten im Sync zugreifen.
Gibt's ein Workaround? Wir haben heute abend nämlich Liga-Rennen und bräuchten den Sync eigentlich. 🙂

Eine Stunde später lief der Sync wieder. 🙂
We are having issues again, now it says no content, please contact series administrator....
Any ideas? is maintenance work still going on?

Fehler: Server nicht gefunden
Der Server unter websync.simsync.de konnte nicht gefunden werden
Die letzten Tage hatte ich schon immer mal wieder leichte Probleme, da beim Indizieren der Serien oftmals die gleiche Fehlermeldung kam. Aber nach 2-3 Versuchen gings dann. Aber nun kann ich mich gar nicht mehr einloggen. 🙁
Browser: Firefox + Opera
Internetanbieter: Arcor/Vodafone
