All our members are getting the following error message when trying to sync....

Re-indexed all your series and the error was gone - at least for me. Could you please check on your side?
btw: 2 series had files in the series root (which prevented the re-indexing). So it looked a bit like you modified the server contents without indexing.
I've moved those files to subfolders to sucessfully start the indexing process.

I have quite a lot of hours spending before i read this. Dammed.
But nothing helps with re index the series.
Sorry, come with a good solution.
