The latest addition to our Sync account, a track, is causing a lot of difficulty over the last 24 hours, with half of our users having problems fulling syncing the files, with the sync not completing.
The files have been uploaded and indexed twice, and the users are fairly experienced, and have tried all the usual changes to try and get the download to work.
Can't think of any issue, other than perhaps the sync server is having a small issue and with it being the weekend, maybe it has not been able to have been fixed yet.

Which sync version?
Which OS?
Any errormessage?
What exactly happens?
Could you send me a logfile or better a debug logfile (enable Debug mode in the sync: menu Options->Debug mode; this will create a file called SimSyncPro_Debug.log) by email achim@simsync.de
Yep, I am also having no problems, just half of the users, will see whether today they still have an issue before going further.
Seems to have magically fixed itself.
